Opnext Laser Diodes

Opnext's Red Laser Diodes and Infrared Laser Diodes are constantly being developed to meet the latest market needs, such as low power consumption with high output. These products include a 660nm laser diode, capable of achieving a high 240mW output and a 635nm, 35mW and Circular Beam laser diode (aspect ratio = 1.2 typ.).
